Sessions 1–2

We begin with conversation, not questionnaires. I ask questions most people have never been asked about their work, and I listen for what lives underneath the answers. This is where the real material lives.

Translation

Weeks 2–4

I reflect back what I heard and we shape it together until it lands. Voice, messaging and visual direction come out of that, then get translated into pages. This is also where search optimization and technical decisions come in.

Monitoring & Consulting

First 90 days

A beautiful site that nobody finds isn’t finished. After launch I stay with you while the site settles into Google, watching what people search to reach you and tuning the pages so the right ones keep arriving.
